Exchange and Return Policy
This policy is in accordance with the Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law.

1. Exchanges or Refunds

   • Allowed within 14 days from the date of purchase.

   • The original invoice must be presented.

   • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

   • Exchanges or refunds are not valid in cases of misuse.

2. Refunds

   • Refunds are allowed within 5 days of purchase.

   • The item must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the original invoice.

3. Credit Card Payments

   • Refunds for payments made via credit card will be processed through the bank within 4 business days.

4. Vouchers

   • Vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash.

5. Special Items (Accessories, Glasses, Leather, Perfumes, Evening Wear)

   • Returns or refunds are allowed within 24 hours of purchase.

   • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
