Exchange and Return Policy
This policy is in accordance with the Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law.

Exchanges or Refunds

Allowed within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The original invoice must be presented.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges or refunds are not valid in cases of misuse.

Refunds

Refunds are allowed within 5 days of purchase.

The item must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Credit Card Payments

Refunds for payments made via credit card will be processed through the bank within 4 business days.

Vouchers

Vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash.

Special Items (Accessories, Glasses, Leather, Perfumes, Evening Wear)

Returns or refunds are allowed within 24 hours of purchase.
